I had a bunion on my right foot. I had a hammertoe and my third toe had overlapped my fourth toe.
What did your pain or other symptoms prevent you from doing?
I allowed this problem to develop for so long that I could hardly walk on the foot. I was in constant pain and discomfort.

What procedure/treatment did you have done?
I had surgery on the foot. It seemed involved as I had let the problem go on too long. I was released the same day.
How did you feel after your treatment?
I had a few days of discomfort and pain but that was to be expected.
Do you have any advice for other patients?
The surgery experience was fine. I still have some discomfort at times but I can walk again and I am not at all embarrassed about my foot. I would very much recommend Dr. Neufeld. He was great. The entire staff was great. It was the first surgery I ever had so I was a bit nervous. They took great care of me. Do not skip the rehabilitation aspect of this treatment. The rehabilitation group that worked with my foot was fantastic.
