I had a bunion on my left foot.
What did your pain or other symptoms prevent you from doing?
My foot was in almost constant pain and I was unable to wear many different types of shoes.

What procedure/treatment did you have done?
I had minimally invasive bunion surgery to remove the bunion.
How did you feel after your treatment?
Initially, I was nervous about the recovery time. However, I was so happy with the duration of recovery and how easy it was for me to move around with my post-op boots/shoes. Dr. Neufeld and his team prepared me very well for what to expect the day of my surgery and gave excellent support post-surgery.
Do you have any advice for other patients?
I would strongly suggest going with Dr. Neufeld for any foot or ankle surgery needs. I instantly felt comfortable from the initial consultation all the way through my last post-operation visit. I would also keep in mind that, while it can be annoying at first, you are able to move around in a boot after the surgery, so don’t put off the surgery because you think you have to be bedridden for 4 months.
