IME & Expert Medical Witness

Our orthopedic surgeons have many years’ experience as expert medical witnesses in cases involving litigation, personal injury lawsuits, workers’ compensation and medical malpractice.

Independent medical exams (IMEs) are frequently performed by our Doctors. Drs. Sanders, Neufeld and Cuttica also review medical records (chart reviews) without an associated IME, if requested. They are trained in the utilization of both the Fifth and Sixth Editions of the American Medical Association Guidelines to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment for accurate impairment assessment.
